Once you have received notification from Isabella Furniture Co. that your order is complete and ready for pickup you can schedule a date and time to pick up at our Fergus facility.

Pickup is available from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday at;

Local Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup of your new furniture is available within our service area, availability will be determined based on the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery and Setup costs may apply depending on distance and order size. Our delivery and setup service includes delivery of your furniture to your home and setup in the specified space.

Local Delivery & Setup Terms and conditions

• Delivery staff will not be responsible for moving or relocating any existing furniture or fixtures to make space for the new products, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the area for setup is cleared prior to delivery.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure that products being delivered can fit through all obstacles such as but not limited to doorways, hallways and stairways.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure the products being delivered will fit in the space provided, if products cannot be placed in the customers desired location due to size or any other constraints the products will be delivered to an alternative safe and secure location on the property like the garage or main living area.

Long Distance Delivery

Delivery to locations outside our service area are available upon request and will be subject to third party carrier fees in addition to the total cost at checkout.

Generally, Wormy Maple exhibits a light brown hue with captivating wavy grain patterns.

Brown Maple: A superior grade of domestic hardwood. Renowned for its remarkable versatility and long-lasting durability, brown maple is a type of hardwood that stands out. With its captivating light brown to medium brown hue and an elegant grain pattern, it exudes a subtle yet distinctive charm.

Red Oak: A popular choice for furniture due to its durability and distinctive grain pattern. This hardwood boasts a medium reddish brown color that adds warmth and character to any piece. Not only is Red Oak known for its strength, but it also has a slightly coarser texture, adding to its unique appeal.

Millsawn Texture: Millsawn represents our most rustic option. This texture is achieved through the sawing and planing processes at the mill, resulting in a rough lumber surface. It is important to note that the Millsawn texture is not a perfectly flat surface and may exhibit some unevenness.

Smooth Texture: The natural grain and texture of the wood is revealed through the process of sanding, resulting in a smooth surface.

All of our finishing products are low VOC commercial grade products.

Stain: Our solvent based stains offer rich colours and the highest level of overall consistency.

Sealer: We use two part post catalyzed vinyl sealer for the highest level of adhesion and durability.

Lacquer: Our lacquers are two part post catalyzed varnish conversion lacquers for a long lasting commercial grade durability.
