At Isabella Furniture Co., we pride ourselves on crafting high-quality, custom-made solid wood furniture tailored to your specifications. As each piece is uniquely created for you, we operate with a strict FINAL SALE policy. Please read the details of our policy carefully.
1. Final Sale Policy
All orders placed with Isabella Furniture Co. are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered FINAL SALE.
2. Manufacturing Defects
While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that manufacturing defects can occur. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right. Our policy for addressing defects is as follows:
Inspection and Repair
Upon notification, we will arrange to inspect the defective item. If a defect is identified, we will undertake necessary repairs at no additional cost to you.
Replacement
If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost. The replacement process will begin once the defective item is returned to us.
To initiate a claim for a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at isabellafurnitureco@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.
3. Cool-Off Period
We understand that purchasing custom-made furniture is a significant decision. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a cool-off period of 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be considered FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjustments to dimensions, finishes, or other specifications, these changes must be requested within the same 48-hour window. Please note that certain changes may affect the production timeline or cost.
