These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.isabellafurniture.ca (“the Website”), and the purchase of products from Isabella Furniture Co. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

3.1. Descriptions and Availability 

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.2. Pricing 

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or misprints and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on an incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Order Acceptance 

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention system.

4.2. Payment 

Payment for products must be made at the time of order placement. We accept payment through various methods, including major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on the Website. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4.3. Shipping 

We will arrange for the shipment of products to you according to the delivery method selected during the checkout process. Shipping and handling fees are separate charges and are not included in the product price. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

4.4. Order 

Cancellation you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement by contacting us at isabellafurnitureco@gmail.com. After 48 hours orders cannot be canceled and are considered final sale.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Return Policy 

Please note that our product is custom-made and we do not have a showroom or warehouse. As a result, we do not accept returns. All orders are considered “FINAL SALE”.
However, In the event that you receive an order with a manufacturing defect, we will ensure to repair the issue. If we are unable to repair it, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

5.2. Refunds 

Refunds will only be processed at the discretion of Isabella Furniture Co. when it is determined that a product cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the amount refunded will include the original cost of the product and any applicable taxes but may exclude shipping charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Isabella Furniture Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isabella Furniture Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Website or purchase of any products.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Website or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
